About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People to lead the next phase of growth for its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on builder and strategic partner, responsible for owning and evolving the company's culture, employee engagement, talent management, performance, and total rewards. The role also involves leading change management efforts, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and tailoring employee programs to reflect cultural and legal nuances. The candidate should be an excellent communicator, with strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, and be comfortable operating at both a micro and macro level.
