BF Maintenance offers both small service call jobs as well as full remodeling services to its clients. BF Maintenance is looking for a Residential Service Technician to join our growing team! Seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and quality-focused individual. This position is full-time. 

Residential Service Technician will be responsible for remodels and repairs across multiple single-family and multi-family properties located within 40 miles of Pottstown. This position is full-time. 

$20 - $28 hourly

• Follow the lead foreman and supervisor's direction
• Perform light plumbing such as plumbing sinks and connecting vanities 
• Perform light electrical such as installing new ceiling lights and fans 
• To support/assist in apartment turnovers at various properties when needed 
• Perform general remodeling of residential single-family homes and apartments 
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to include but not limited to small electric, small plumbing, drywall repair, and painting
• Keep the jobsite clean and organized
• Properly handle materials and tools
• Complete tasks safely
• Communicate issues efficiently and be able to adapt accordingly
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools and materials
• Other duties as assigned

• Reliable transportation 
• Basic knowledge of maintenance, repair, and service across multiple areas
• Ability to work weekends as required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving background 
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted 

BF Maintenance is a small construction company that oversees residential remodels as well as maintenance in a variety of single-family and multi-family properties.
