The Growth team at DoorDash is the engine behind how we attract new customers, retain existing ones, and deepen engagement across our platform. We work across the user journey, from sign-up and onboarding to reactivation and personalization, to deliver meaningful, measurable impact.
Our team operates at the intersection of product, design, engineering, data science, and marketing. We’re highly collaborative, metrics-driven, and grounded in a culture of rapid experimentation. We take a customer-obsessed approach to solving problems, constantly iterating to improve the experience.
As a content designer on the Growth team, you'll help shape how we communicate value and guide users while upholding a high bar for craft and clarity. If you're excited about designing content that moves the needle and makes a difference in people's everyday lives, we'd love to hear from you!
You’ll report into a Content Design manager, who’s led by our Head of Content Design, in our Product Design org. We expect this role to be hybrid 1-2 days a week working onsite from one of our offices, and the rest working from home.
