About the Role:

The NetSuite Administrator manages and optimizes the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it aligns with business processes and supports operational goals. This role involves customization, troubleshooting, data management, and user training. It is essential to have strong technical skills in NetSuite, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder, alongside solid business acumen to enhance cross-departmental collaboration and reporting.

Note: This is a fully onsite position in Miami, FL. Only candidates in Miami-Ft Lauderdale area will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain the NetSuite platform to meet business needs.
• Develop workflows, custom scripts, dashboards, and reports.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and provide training.
• Perform system audits and maintain data integrity/security.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage system updates and integrations.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Support accounting functions (e.g., AP, AR, GL) and operational reporting.
• Develop and enforce system protocols and document processes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support users.
• Certification in NetSuite Administration
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (IT, Business, or similar).
• Experience with system integrations and data migrations is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with financial reporting and business operations.
• Project management experience.
