🌟 About the Role

As our National Activation Director (NAD) , you'll be at the epicenter of strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll help restructure and grow our event staffing department, lead a team of Junior Activation Managers (JAMs), manage a significant budget, and collaborate directly with the CEO. Your voice matters — bring your ideas, execute bold strategies, and watch your impact unfold.

💼 What You'll Own

• Directly manage, mentor, and empower 4 Junior Activation Managers
• Oversee JAM hiring, training, and weekend scheduling
• Align recruiting needs with client goals in partnership with our Talent Acquisition Manager
• Drive client success through strategic planning and regular touchpoints
• Lead weekly team Zooms, optimize booking systems, and fuel constant improvement through feedback loops
• Ensure 500+ events per JAM run smoothly and on-brand every week

📈 Compensation & Perks

• Annual Salary: $65,000
• Commissions: $45,000–$55,000
• Benefits + Expense Account: $7,800
• Total Annual Take-Home: $117,800–$127,800
• Reports To: CEO
