This entry-level position offers paid training and hands-on experience in event marketing, fundraising, public relations, and grassroots communications —all while representing causes that matter.
What You’ll Do:Assist with the planning and execution of community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
Represent nonprofit clients with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of purpose
Provide outstanding service at pop-ups, live events, and awareness campaigns
Build trust-based relationships with community members and donors
Help ensure campaign messaging aligns with nonprofit values and compliance guidelines
Support event logistics, team coordination, and reporting
Participate in leadership development and cross-functional team training
No prior experience needed — paid training and mentorship provided
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Friendly, team-oriented, and people-focused demeanor
Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Passionate about social causes, public service, and community empowerment
Willingness to travel locally for events and outreach activities
Experience in customer service, events, or fundraising is a bonus—but not required
Real-world experience in marketing, communications, and nonprofit outreach
