Preferred Skills and Experience A collaborative and creative leader with a distinguished record in oncology research, including significant publications and funding achievements. Proven experience in leading cancer research programs and advancing clinical and translational research agendas. Expertise in managing clinical trials and experience in building or expanding programs within NCI-designated cancer centers. A strong commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care, and fostering a collaborative approach to cancer services. Excellence in patient care and a demonstrated ability to build sustainable partnerships. Personal and professional commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience in working within a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment. Strong business and financial management skills, including budget management and revenue generation. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to Dr. Rafael Manon, President of Orlando Health Cancer Institute.
