Job Description

Colby Community College is accepting applications for a full-time Head Cross Country Coach . The position manages all aspects of Mens and Womens NJCAA Cross Country programs at the Division I level. Duties include, but are not limited to, recruiting, coaching, scheduling, academic monitoring, fundraising, budget preparation, and compliance. Must have proven organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

SALARY

$43,200-$56,900

Flexible benefits program that includes options for single and family health and dental coverage, life insurance, reimbursement accounts, sick leave and vacation leave allowances. Participation in the state retirement program is required.
