Robert Half has a very exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Office Administrator located in San Bruno. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate who is immediately available for work. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, event coordination, and document preparation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

+ Will support support two Primary Care Providers, a Behavioral Health Specialist, a Medical Assistant, our Referral Coordinator, and a Physical Therapist. level of service is consistently delivered across the team.
+ Assist with scheduling patient appointment and follow-up
+ Plans and schedules meetings including room reservations, invitations and accommodations, and food and beverage
+ Handles administrative duties including but not limited to: answering incoming calls, copying, binding, opening and routing mail, electronic and standard file management, including contact directory, and correspondence drafting
+ Event planning and coordination
+ Coordinates and confirms travel arrangements
+ Prepares and reviews expense reports and submitting to accounting
+ Creates original Word documents and PowerPoint Presentations
