Our commercial insurance agency is looking for a licensed 440 agent or 220 agent to work from our Jupiter office. 

The position is full-time; Experience with property and casualty insurance is ideal. 

Individuals must show excellent written and communication skills with proficiency in most office technology. (Internet, Microsoft Office, Agency Management System, Social Media Platforms, etc.) 

Responsibilities: 

• Be responsible for generating new insurance sales leads while being a professional advocate for all insurance-related inquiries on our agency's behalf. 
• Service all in-bound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients - including Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Endorsements, and Rewrites. 
• Capabilities to perform various sales mechanisms such as cross-selling and up-sales when opportunities arise. (These actions performed must be within agency guidelines)  
• Be responsible for greeting new customers looking for insurance coverage across multiple products by exhibiting professional product expertise and showing advanced knowledge pertaining to coverage limits, deductibles, payment options, policy language and servicing provisions. 
• Conducting Insurance Needs Analysis, Quoting, and completing various Applications for Insurance for all appointed insurance carriers and/or third-party brokerage firms that our agency is working with. This includes all documentation to be completed in accordance with all guidelines, procedures, and policies. 
• All documentation must be completed efficiently and accurately. 
• Meet and/or exceed sales production requirements monthly.

OUR 440 AGENTS HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME A 220 WHILE WORKING FULL TIME AS A CSR. 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time 

Salary (440 Agents): $17.00 - $19.00 per hour 

Salary (220 Agents): $19.00 - $23.00 per hour 

Experience:  Insurance Sales Representatives: 1 year (Preferred) 

Licenses & Certifications: 440 CSR Insurance License (MINIMUM REQUIREMENT), 220 Insurance License (Preferred), Life Insurance License (Not Required)
