Responsibilities The Wholesale Business Consultant manages sales and accounts within Wholesale Fuels, overseeing relationships with over 50 wholesale customer and operator networks to maximize profitability and value. Develop independent owner/operators via training and site visits. Implement marketing plans and develop fuel pricing strategies. Guide on Environmental and Government Regulatory requirements. Ensure portfolio compliance, including taxes, security deposits, insurance, and timely payments. Plan and execute strategies aligned with long-term goals. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill program needs. Train and integrate company-owned asset operators to achieve strategic results. Manage asset control activities within the assigned area. Document activities in Sales Force for all accounts. Identify cost-saving opportunities daily. Respond to emergencies to ensure safety and security. Negotiate contracts maintaining brand integrity. Manage fuel sales to customers. Support vendors for maintenance. Build and manage franchisee relationships for operational optimization. Analyze new business opportunities and financial proformas. Serve as a contact for site operators. Assist in daily retail fuel operations. Oversee company asset operations, including land and facilities. Mentor Wholesale Business Specialists. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or wholesale fuels. Fuel industry knowledge preferred. Salesforce experience preferred. Retail experience preferred. Leadership, coaching, and project management skills. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
