Job Title: Towing & Recovery Driver (CDL and Non-CDL) - Middstate Towing

Location: New Haven, Vermont

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

Middstate Towing is seeking skilled and dedicated CDL and Non-CDL Drivers to join our team in New Haven, Vermont. As a Towing & Recovery Driver, you will be responsible for providing vehicle towing, accident recovery, equipment hauling, and service call assistance. We value collaboration, dedication, and a solid work ethic, offering a supportive atmosphere for career development.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a tow truck or other company vehicles safely to carry out towing, accident recovery, equipment hauling, and service call duties.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls, ensuring outstanding customer service and communication.
• Assist with light mechanical tasks or truck maintenance duties as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends, to provide timely support to our clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid CDL or Non-CDL driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proximity to New Haven to facilitate efficient on-call coverage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism when interacting with clients and team members.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and ability to perform light mechanical tasks or truck maintenance duties.
• Availability to work one or two nights and one weekend on a rotating basis.
