About Night Night is a next-gen talent management platform that represents some of the biggest digital creators and artists in the world, including the Chainsmokers, T-Pain, Kai Cenat, and more. We also help our talent invest in their own startups, brands, and shows to help them achieve their wildest dreams.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Coordinator based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. As a Talent Coordinator at Night, you'll play a key role in managing sponsorship deals, brand outreach, creator support, and more. Responsibilities: Identify popular creator trends across YouTube, TikTok, and other new media platforms for market research Develop and pitch potential new clients and business opportunities Represent Night as the point of contact for external brand/agency partners Execute on client-facing duties including business procurement and fostering ongoing business relationships and negotiating service agreements Create and maintain reports on the talent agency & brands landscape Identify inbound opportunities across all Night clients Qualifications: 1-3+ years of talent management or influencer marketing experience working with brands and agencies Deep knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, and new media platforms from a business and consumer perspective Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience An ability to handle confidential information Strong written and verbal communication skills Eagerness to learn from one of the top digital talent managers in the industry Work hour flexibility (we're not your typical 9-5) If you're someone with a passion for the influencer and creator economy and an interest in contributing to the success of top-tier artists in the digital landscape, we'd love to hear from you.
