Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator in San Diego to play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role involves heavy coordination and scheduling of complex Clinical interviews for candidates across various departments, ensuring timely communication and logistical arrangements. Responsibilities include handling travel and expense reporting, managing large-scale interview hubs, performing administrative tasks such as entering background checks, MVR checks, and reference checks including vendor coordination. The role drives continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition program, supports agency management with MSA, CMS, SOWs, and other ad-hoc projects, and serves as a subject matter expert on system functionality and processes providing training and support to new TA team members. The coordinator organizes, updates, and maintains detailed records in the Workday Application Tracking System (ATS), SharePoint, and other department dashboards, supports reporting and dashboard analytics, conducts regular data audits, and identifies improvements in data flow. Requirements include BS/BA and 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, People Analytics or Non-degreed 6+ years TA/HR experience, familiarity with multiple ATS systems (Workday preferred), experience in larger organizations and complex interview schedules, understanding of Neurocrine's business objectives and services, strong computer skills, excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, project management skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
