Senior Solution Delivery Consultant- Managed Services

As a Senior Solution Delivery Consultant in Managed Services, your ability to build lasting client relationships, paired with your expertise in myAvatar, drives meaningful long term impact. Working post-implementation, you support established clients by offering expert guidance, system optimization, and strategic recommendations that drive value and stability. Your ability to build lasting relationships and understand each client's unique environment ensures they remain engaged, supported, and less likely to be at risk.

We're looking for someone with strong skills in healthcare technology. A background in EHR systems, particularly myAvatar, is highly valuable. Experience in clinical workflows, data analytics, and healthcare billing is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be able to translate data into actionable insights, support technical reporting needs, and contribute to client success across a variety of healthcare IT challenges. Strong project and task management skills, along with the ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently, are essential for thriving in our fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Complete complex system configuration and assist with testing as necessary; ensure proper configuration management and change control processes
  • Gather and document business requirements based upon client requirements and known system functionality
  • Lead design sessions to uncover interdependencies and design decision impacts using recommended practices
  • Responsible for training, coaching, guiding and mentoring Application Analysts and Consultants
  • Identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and Netsmart leadership; analyze data to determine configuration readiness
  • Develop client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and execute process improvement opportunities and efficiencies
  • Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of health care information technology implementation experience including troubleshooting data and software applications
  • At least 1 year of process improvement experience
  • At least 1 year of project execution experience

Preferred

  • Experience with programming solutions similar to JAVA Script, HTML, CSS, Asp.NET, C#, Visual Basic, VB.net
  • Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
  • Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc)
  • Experience with reporting solutions similar to Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, SSIS

Expectations

  • Potential travel 20% of the time as needed
  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
