Job Description

Role: Senior Sales & Marketing Manager - Cosmetics & Perfumery Years of Experience: Minimum 9 to 15 years of experience Qualifications: Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent related to field Official work mode: Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Craft and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to enhance market presence and foster business growth in the Cosmetics & Perfumes sector. Utilize extensive industry insights to pinpoint opportunities, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market share. Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty. Execute comprehensive market analyses to uncover trends, assess competitor actions, and gauge customer needs. Provide product alternatives based on cost-effectiveness, availability, and customer specifications to maximize sales potential and client satisfaction. Plan and oversee the Annual Sales Budget for the Cosmetics & Perfumery sector. Hold direct responsibility for the development and advancement of this segment. Maintain detailed Annual Customer Profiles for Major Accounts, including product details, annual quantities, and sales orders. Recommend alternative products, factoring in cost, availability, and specifications. Technical / Functional Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of cosmetics & perfumery (C & P) glass manufacturing and new product development. Adeptness at interpreting technical terminology pertinent to the glass industry. Strong customer-driven approach. In-depth process knowledge regarding customer approval workflows. Behavioral Competencies: Embraces innovative ideas and translates them into actionable plans. Proactively drives business development to enhance customer experience. Appreciates diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Investigates market trends to identify evolving customer demands. Establishes feedback mechanisms to effectively address customer expectations. Demonstrates a solid track record in problem-solving and reliability as a self-motivated professional. Possesses excellent planning and organizational skills, including prioritization, resource management, and multitasking.
