Senior Project Manager – Power Management Solutions

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead product development projects with high complexity and strategic importance. You will collaborate with diverse, cross-functional, and international teams, and engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

This position supports the development of cutting-edge power management, sensing, and data transfer technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex product development projects in power management for data servers, communication systems, automotive, and other applications.
• Manage stakeholders across global locations, negotiating and aligning on project goals and trade-offs.
• Build, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering commitment and energy.
• Understand technical interdependencies to identify and solve complex problems, encouraging innovative thinking.
• Develop detailed project plans with dependencies and conduct proactive risk management, including mitigation and backup strategies.
• Lead a global team of project managers to execute the power management roadmap.
• Take full ownership of project outcomes, adjusting plans as needed to meet goals despite challenges.
• Ensure compliance with internal rules and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant STEM field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials is desired.
• 12+ years of experience in semiconductor product development, including 6+ years in project leadership roles.
• Excellent intercultural communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the U.S. and internationally.
