Within Chewy, the Chewy Health team is focused on redefining how vets and pet parents care for their pets. We are on a multi-year journey to reinvent the experience of working with your veterinarian to keep your pets happy and healthy.

As part of this mission, the Chewy Health team is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Individual Contributor) to join our high-performing Product team in Bellevue (WA), Boston (MA), or Plantation (FL) . You will help us build a suite of services that enable veterinarians to provide an excellent experience to Chewy’s pet parents and pets across the full lifecycle of care. This is a rare opportunity to be at the ground floor of a team aiming to reinvent pet health care delivery, working in one of Chewy’s most dynamic and innovative teams.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and implement the vision for how vets engage digitally with Chewy and our pet parents. You will work directly with enterprise customers to develop new products and services. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Product, Design, Technology, Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Executives to create and execute a product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with Chewy’s Healthcare growth. If you are a customer-focused product manager with a track record of delivering impactful solutions, join us on this exciting journey.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for enterprise vets’ engagement with Chewy and Pet Parents, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers to create and scale new products and services, emphasizing customer-first experiences.
  • Serve as a cross-organizational product and business leader; identify opportunities and risks, and drive accountability for goals and KPIs across verticals and business units.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful product development and launch, fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Maintain the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to ensure alignment with customer and business goals.
  • Define success metrics (KPIs) for features and enhancements, and use insights to guide product improvements.
  • Monitor product performance, measure impact, and communicate results organization-wide to inform prioritization.
  • Work with analytics, data science, design, and engineering teams to deliver features with strong customer and business value.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of proven product management experience, with the ability to analyze and communicate metrics effectively. B2B experience is a plus.
  • A track record of driving business value and improving products through data insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives.
  • Strong customer management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Passion, curiosity, and flexibility for periodic travel (10%-20%).

Bonus

  • Experience with system integration and API development, especially in enterprise-level vet systems.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Experience building 0-1 products, platforms, ecosystems, or marketplaces.

The salary range for this role is $141,000—$225,500 USD, with eligibility for benefits including 401k, equity, insurance, PTO, and other perks. Chewy is committed to diversity and inclusion and provides accommodations for applicants with disabilities or religious needs.
