Job Summary :
The Senior Marketing Client Consultant is a strategic, client-facing role focused on promoting digital payments and financial services products for top-tier financial institutions. It involves crafting and executing multi-channel campaigns to enhance digital engagement, retention, and growth, requiring a deep understanding of consumer and small business marketing within financial services.
This role collaborates closely with internal teams like product, analytics, campaign development, and sales to deliver excellent client experiences. It is part of our Fiserv Consulting group, supporting a global fintech and payments company.
Location :
Candidates must reside in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Georgia, or Ohio. In Illinois and Michigan, the role is hybrid; in other states, fully remote.
Responsibilities include :
Building relationships with financial institutions
Providing strategic marketing guidance based on industry trends and data
Developing annual marketing plans
Launching and managing campaigns across channels
Collaborating with internal teams to execute programs
Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance
Leading thought leadership and best practices
Requirements :
Experience in complex consumer or small business marketing, preferably within fintech or digital banking
Strong multi-channel marketing expertise
Proven account and relationship management skills
Leadership in cross-functional teams
Analytical skills and results orientation
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Experience with marketing budgets and performance metrics
Previous experience supporting financial institutions
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics
Ability to develop omni-channel campaigns aligned with product strategies
Travel :
Up to 25% for client and internal engagements.
Salary range : $90,000 - $110,000, depending on various factors.
