What You'll Do:
Drive Supply Chain Excellence: Analyze logistics, supplier performance, and inventory data to identify inefficiencies and boost resilience.
Champion Sustainability and Cost Savings: Discover opportunities to reduce waste, enhance efficiency, and optimize costs across our supply network.
Enhance Procurement and Supplier Insights: Evaluate supplier lead times, pricing trends, and reliability to refine sourcing strategies.
Optimize Logistics and Distribution: Use data-driven insights to improve shipping routes, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery.
Build Robust Data Pipelines: Create and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and analyzing supply chain data.
Develop Real-Time Dashboards: Design and implement dashboards to track key metrics, detect bottlenecks, and support informed decision-making.
Mitigate Risks and Plan Scenarios: Develop models to assess disruptions, geopolitical risks, and demand variability for proactive decision-making.
Forecast Demand and Optimize Inventory: Build and refine forecasting models to predict demand fluctuations and minimize supply disruptions.

What We're Looking For:
6+ years of experience in data science and/or supply chain analytics.
Expert-level SQL skills and experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, forecasting models, and optimization algorithms.
Experience with time series forecasting, optimization models, statistical analysis, and simulations.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency with analytics/ML/AI solutions.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Familiarity with supply chain management (SCM) platforms, ERP systems, or logistics tools.
Strong business acumen with exposure to sales & operations planning (S&OP).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with international and distributed teams.
