Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lak e is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Sanitation Driver openings in Hugo, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and enjoy working independently in an active, outdoor environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $25.00
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (Flex), 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Hugo, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sanitation trucks and equipment safely and efficiently
• Collect and dispose of residential and commercial waste and recyclables
• Follow assigned routes and schedules with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicle and equipment

Qualifications

• Must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver's license required; CDL required
• Previous experience in sanitation, driving, or related field preferred
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Strong work ethic and reliability
