The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making and drive business growth. They work closely with sales, business planning, marketing, and external business partners to evaluate performance metrics, forecast sales, and optimize strategies. A Sales Analytics Specialist is also responsible for providing monthly allocations by product to the key sales channels based on sales strategy to optimize both sales growth and profitability for the company. This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Wednesday and Friday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs. Your Impact Collect, organize, and analyze sales data from internal systems and external sources Identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) Monitor sales performance against targets and benchmarks Work with key accounts on sales forecasts, and monitor account level sales and inventory to find additional sales opportunities Provide the sales team with a monthly allocation plan by product Collaborate with the sales planning and sales team to collect sales projections and report them to upper management About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience Proven experience as a Sales Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and or Google Sheets Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools preferred Strong analytical and problem solving skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment National travel up to 10% annually We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $64,350 - $81,550 annually.
