This role will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for direct management of Serenity’s internal hiring team – currently at 17 recruiters. We need someone skilled at hiring based on culture fit and excited to find candidates that align with our mission. We are fighting one of our country’s most critical and stubborn issues across 8 states and 30 clinics and providing better outcomes than anyone else. We need great people to make it happen.
