Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX (hybrid )

Duration : 12 months

Role Summary:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring project activities are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results in support of liquid or natural gas pipeline projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to support project execution.
• Assist in the implementation, oversight, and reporting of assigned projects.
• Identify the need for and facilitate the requisition of external engineering support.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, highlighting key milestones and managing critical paths.
• Coordinate and participate in project meetings; prepare agendas and accurate meeting minutes.
• Manage project documentation, including regulatory and internal records.
• Maintain tracking databases and ensure timely document uploads.
• Update and monitor project metrics, calendars, and other project tracking tools.
• Arrange travel and logistics for project-related activities, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or internationally recognized equivalent.
• 4–7 years of experience in project support roles, specifically within the liquid or natural gas pipeline sector.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Engineering background and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
