Role Overview

We're seeking a meticulous and skilled Assembly Operator to bring their talents to our windshield washer pump production line. You'll be assembling pump components with a focus on quality and efficiency, ensuring smooth operational flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in spot welding, riveting, and fastening to put together pump components.
• Delicately assemble small parts like O-rings and gaskets by hand.
• Apply lubricants to designated areas as necessary.
• Test assembled products using mechanical testers to verify quality and functionality.
• Operate high-precision equipment like spot welders, riveters, and pneumatic presses.
• Manage minor fluid spills adeptly and safely.
• Keep your work area impeccably clean and orderly.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and standard procedures.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in manual assembly and power tool operation.
• Experience with production machinery such as welders, riveters, and presses.
• Keen eye for detail and experience with delicate components.
• Familiar with basic mechanical testing procedures.
• Capable of independent work and effective team collaboration.
• Excellent manual skills and coordination.
• High school diploma, technical coursework valued.
• Previous assembly experience preferred.
