About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned and proactive Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and help us scale with quality and heart. You’ll be the engine behind our production floor—ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations while building a motivated team and embedding best practices across every process.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Manage production schedules to meet demand without compromising standards
• Champion continuous improvement across workflows, tools, and training
• Collaborate across departments to drive process innovation
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet performance goals
• Oversee inventory and production planning using MRP systems
• Troubleshoot equipment and lead preventative maintenance efforts
• Coach and develop a high-performing operations team

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing plant leadership
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong mechanical understanding of equipment and maintenance needs
• Proficiency in MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with quality control protocols and regulatory compliance
• Analytical thinking, project management chops, and a calm-in-the-storm demeanor
• Passion for team development and leading with empathy
