Inizio Engage is assembling a dynamic team of dedicated Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This entry-level opportunity within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors is your chance to make an impact by promoting important health services. You will be part of a team focused on raising awareness for high-risk patients related to COVID-19 while partnering with our esteemed client, Pfizer.

The primary goal of the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative position is to enhance awareness of individuals at high risk for COVID-19. As a member of a contracted field team, you will reach out to healthcare professionals (HCPs), urgent care facilities, and retail pharmacies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to physicians regarding COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options.
• Educating targeted professionals to prepare them for patient identification.
• Building and maintaining relationships with HCPs through consistent communication.
• Collaborating closely with customer-facing colleagues to ensure cohesive efforts across all field deployments.
• Analyzing the market landscape within your assigned territories to maximize sales opportunities.
• Embracing a collaborative team culture that values creativity and innovation.

Your daily activities will involve:

• Engaging with HCPs to address inquiries about drug interactions and treatment eligibility.
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the product, patient education, and market dynamics.
• Implementing strategic call plans to achieve goals within assigned territories.
• Analyzing customer interactions and available data to tailor your sales approach effectively.
• Guiding retail pharmacy interactions to boost sales efforts.
• Customizing communication to fit the unique needs of your customers.
• Completing all reporting and compliance requirements promptly.
• Participating in sales training and meetings, either locally or remotely.

Qualifications for this role include:

• A Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including:
• Pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Experience in professional sales or promotional activities.
• Background in healthcare roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, etc.).
• Experience in urgent care settings.
• Entrepreneurial experience or customer service roles.
• Residing within 25 miles of the territory.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A willingness to travel as needed.
