Job Title: Packager
Job Description

The candidate will work closely with the inventory management system and utilize WMS for entering orders. Additionally, they will verify materials are correct before processing orders to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the inventory management system.
• Verify materials before processing orders.
• Perform general packaging, labeling, and packing duties.
• Assist with inventory, shipping, and order picking.
• Stock materials and handle packing and palletizing tasks.
• Operate forklifts, both stand-up and sit-down types.
• Receive materials and utilize RF Scanning for inventory.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience.
• Experience in inventory and shipping.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with RF Scanning.
• Material handling skills.
• Forklift operation skills.

Work Environment

The role is set in a large distribution/warehouse environment where steel-toed boots that go above the ankle are required. Employees must wear pants without holes or frays and a shirt with sleeves. The position involves working on a team of about 10 people during the 1st shift from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. There is an unpaid one-hour lunch break, along with two paid 15-minute breaks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
