To qualify as an Owner Operator with Ace Doran, you must meet the following criteria: Must be at least 23 years old with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. 1 year of OTR/Regional verifiable experience in the last 3 years, or comparable driving experience. Equipment Requirements for Tractors: No age restrictions for tractors. If operating open deck, you must have a headache rack on the tractor, equipped with chains, straps, and ratchets (consult with recruiter regarding chain sizes). Flatbed/Open Deck Experience: Must have 6 months of open deck experience in the last 2 years, OR If you have 6 months of flatbed experience that is between 2 and 10 years old, you can qualify by attending a load securement awareness program during Orientation. Able to pass Federal D.O.T. Physical and Drug Screen (We accept current long form physicals with 6 months or more remaining).
