About the job New CDL A Drivers Start With Paid Training and 1300 Weekly Pay


CDL A required Must be 21 or older No experience needed if you graduated from a CDL school

New drivers welcome. Get paid to train, earn consistent miles, and start building your future with a stable carrier.

Training and Orientation:

• Duration: 4 to 6 weeks behind the wheel
• Orientation: $300 paid
• Travel and hotel costs covered
• Assigned mentor with structured route training

After Training:

• Pay: Start at $0.56 CPM
• Weekly Earnings: $1,300 average
• Miles: 1600-2200 per week
• Home Time: Every 14 days for 2 full days
• Freight: 100% no touch | 50% drop and hook
• Pay increases up to $0.64 CPM

Driver Perks:

• Rider and pet policy available after training
• Medical and dental benefits after 30 days
• PTO and assigned equipment

Requirements:

• CDL A and minimum 21 years old
• No DUIs in last 5 years
• Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
• Must pass urine and hair drug test
• Must have completed certified CDL school
• Limited gaps in employment history
