What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Coordinate accurate and thorough medical billing processes in collaboration with team members and management
• Interact professionally with insurance plans, clinics, patients, and office team members as needed
• Monitor and participate in daily revenue cycle management (RCM) processes for timely completion
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing practices and national standard operating procedures
• Support leadership with reporting needs and maintain departmental productivity goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of medical facility or medical office billing experience
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Knowledge of full revenue cycle processes with insurance companies, Medicare, and Medicaid
