Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a pivotal role in promoting our brand, enhancing our digital presence, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of the construction or B2B industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications and marketing collateral.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content including brochures, proposals, project sheets, case studies, newsletters, press releases, and blog posts.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the company website, SEO strategy, and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), including content creation and analytics reporting.
- Proposal & RFP Support: Collaborate with business development and estimating teams to prepare visually compelling and persuasive responses to RFPs and RFQs.
- Event Planning: Coordinate trade shows, community events, open houses, and client appreciation events.
- Photography & Visuals: Organize professional photography and video shoots for completed projects and job sites. Maintain a photo and asset library.
- Public Relations: Assist in media outreach and maintain relationships with local media outlets and industry associations.
- Market Research: Track industry trends, competitors, and client demographics to inform strategic initiatives.
- CRM Support: Help maintain client and project databases and track marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role; construction or professional services industry preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and WordPress or similar CMS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
