SALARY: $104,800-$124,450, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

If you are interested in a hands-on, continuous improvement-oriented, fast-paced role in a world-class distribution environment, then our Operations Manager role is for you. In this role, you will lead a team to manage delivery processes, ensure excellent process performance and product quality in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, build relationships, and develop technical skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead and engage a team of 30+ Warehouse Personnel and 4 Supervisors to service 2,000+ retailers daily (M-F) throughout Los Angeles, driving productivity and service level improvements.
2. Utilize Anheuser-Buschs management system through routine meetings and KPI tracking, showcasing process and metric improvements in an annual audit.
3. Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize route-to-market processes that meet sales objectives while minimizing operational costs.
4. Work alongside the contracted fleet department to ensure proper equipment availability for the warehouse team.
5. Develop annual budgets and capital requests for the Warehouse department and monitor expenses monthly.
6. Attend all Warehouse shifts regularly, including night shifts.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or engineering.
2. 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in a beverage wholesaler.
3. Willingness to relocate to other Anheuser-Busch locations in the future.
4. Knowledge of delivery operations best practices and ability to implement change in a complex environment.
5. Strong leadership, planning, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence others.
6. Ability to work collaboratively across groups, manage multiple projects, and deliver results exceeding expectations.
7. Familiarity with A-B warehouse logistics tools is preferred.
