An international law firm is seeking a talented litigation paralegal to support their labor & employment practice.

Employment Type: Temporary/Contract | Monday – Friday: Full-time ) | Worksite: Hybrid: 3/2 schedule | Duration: 1+ year | Start Date: ASAP | Pay: $50-60 hourly

To join the team

• Have completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Need to have a minimum of 5-7 years prior experience in a Litigation Paralegal Role.
• Labor & Employment Experience is a plus.
• Must have experience handling incoming foreign filing patent applications.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a self-starter and be able work effectively in a remote environment.
• Must be located in Houston, Dallas, or Chicago.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

• Assistance with discovery requests, subpoena preparation, and court filings.
• Cite-checking and bluebooking briefs, memoranda, etc.
• Assistance with witness preparation, direct examination, and cross-examination binders/folders for depositions and trial.
• Document and database maintenance, including data analysis as required.
