What You'll Do

Engage with Clients - Build strong relationships and understand their insurance needs

Tailor Insurance Solutions - Customize policies to fit each client's unique situation
Cross-Sell & Upsell - Identify additional coverage opportunities to enhance protection
Ensure Customer Satisfaction - Maintain long-term client relationships with top-tier service
Stay Informed - Keep up with industry trends and best practices to offer expert advice

What We're Looking For

Licensed Professional - Property & Casualty License required
Sales & Customer Service Experience - Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus
Excellent Communicator - Strong verbal and written communication skills
Client-Focused - Dedicated to delivering outstanding service
Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using CRM software and virtual communication tools
Self-Motivated & Adaptable - Thrives in a remote environment while staying productive
