The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders. Responsibilities include partnering with clients to define strategic objectives, analyzing hiring needs, and deploying client-specific recruiting strategies. What you'll be doing Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and various forms of marketing. Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs and create strategic recruiting strategies. Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices. Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients, and roles. Screens resumes and conducts behavioral-based interviews. Provides guidance and negotiates fee agreements with clients. Nurtures continued account development for generating new business. Conducts tours of clients' offices to understand goals and objectives. Generates Direct Hire fees per budgeted goals. Enters and tracks assignment and candidate data in various systems. Creates and executes temporary employee programs. Builds and maintains relationships with candidates. Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts. Develops relationships with key clients and business leaders. Responds to candidate and client inquiries. Completes candidate hiring and onboarding processes. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. About you Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required. Bachelor's degree OR five (5) years of professional work experience. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service. Ability to prioritize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously. Ability to identify and resolve problems with creative solutions. Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Knowledge of and ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
