In this engaging, customer-facing role, you’ll generate HVAC leads directly from retail customers. This position is based in Baltimore, MD or surrounding areas, and we welcome local candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional service and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Duties:

• Report punctually to assigned retail locations ready to engage customers.
• Proactively approach and converse with retail customers to identify potential leads interested in or needing heating/cooling equipment replacements.
• Provide information about McCrea's HVAC services and schedule appointments for consultations.
• Collaborate with store personnel to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of leads generated and appointments scheduled.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional materials and displays.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve lead generation strategies and customer engagement.
