Position Overview:
We are looking for an IT Manager to strengthen IT capabilities at our client's Ohio manufacturing facility. This role is key in ensuring IT stability, security, and efficiency. The IT Manager will be responsible for a broad range of IT functions, including networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, desktop support, ERP support, and managing third-party vendors.

What will you do:

• Oversee cloud and on-prem systems, including Microsoft services and Azure, manage network infrastructure and Active Directory, and ensure all IT systems run smoothly for users.
• Implement security tools, monitor risks, and educate staff on security best practices.
• Work with users and consultants to fix issues in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT services.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• More than 5yr of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related fields  
• Strong Microsoft Admin skills, experience with cybersecurity tools (MFA, Windows Defender, XDR/EDR), ERP/SAP systems, vendor coordination, IT hardware troubleshooting, and IT documentation
• Certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft-related certifications
