The Concept Law Group, P.A. is a full-service Intellectual Property law firm located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We assist clients in all aspects of Intellectual Property law, from filing Patent, Trademark, and/or Copyright applications to representation in litigious enforcement and defense matters.

Role Description

The firm is looking to add another full-time on-site Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to our team. The Associate will be responsible for handling intellectual property litigation matters of all kinds, usually working in a team approach to cases. You will be expected to assist with case strategy and implementation of that strategy, in particular, tracking and meeting deadlines for tasks assigned to you, demonstrating independent thought when drafting motions and other pleadings or contracts, managing client expectations, and many other duties normally associated with litigation matters.

At least three years of experience in litigation is required. Experience in Intellectual Property law is preferred, but not required.

Salary depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar (Required)
• Three years of more of experience in litigation (Required)
• Strong analytical and research skills (Required)
• Excellent writing skills (Required)
• Experience in Intellectual Property Law (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Patents and Trademarks (Preferred)
• Detail-oriented and organized (Required)
