Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: Erlanger, KY

Pay Rate: $28/hour

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• 2nd Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including motors, compressors, and A/C units.
• Minimize equipment downtime through proactive performance testing and scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to maintain comfort and operational continuity.
• Complete work orders accurately and communicate status updates to supervisors.
• Ensure HVAC systems remain clean, functional, and in compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in HVAC maintenance or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
• EPA certification or equivalent is a plus.
