Job Description
Job Overview: The ideal candidate must have experience in garage door installation, be capable of measuring and recording door opening sizes accurately, and possess good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
* Install garage doors, openers, springs, and cables.
* Troubleshoot garage door systems.
* Program opener remotes.
* Inspect and measure door openings for new door installation.
* Engage in conversations with customers.
* Assist with heavy lifting when necessary.
* Travel up to 30 minutes one-way (extra travel is compensated based on hours worked per trip).
Qualifications:
* Highly motivated.
* Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in using hand tools.
* Knowledge of garage door installation techniques.
* Skilled in drywall repairs and installations.
* Capable of heavy lifting as required.
* Carpentry skills are a plus.
