CNC Field Service Technician

Location: Suffield, CT (Home Office)

Travel: Regular U.S. travel required; occasional international travel

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time CNC Field Service Technician to join our growing team! Based out of our Suffield, CT office, this hybrid role combines in-house technical support with field service work at customer sites across the U.S. You’ll work with high-end machinery including Trevisan Machine Tools and PC Progetti test benches , providing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services.

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and related equipment.
  

• Provide in-office technical support via phone and perform in-house repairs and part shipments.
  

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
  

• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  

• Represent the company while traveling, ensuring quality service and support.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC machine tool repair required.
  

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
  

• Familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus.
  

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated.
  

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
  

• Authorized to work in the United States.
  

• Must be at least 18 years old.
  

• Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
