We are seeking a full-time CNC Field Service Technician to join our growing team! Based out of our Suffield, CT office, this hybrid role combines in-house technical support with field service work at customer sites across the U.S. You’ll work with high-end machinery including Trevisan Machine Tools and PC Progetti test benches , providing installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services.
Travel to customer sites to install, maintain, and repair CNC machines and related equipment.
Provide in-office technical support via phone and perform in-house repairs and part shipments.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Represent the company while traveling, ensuring quality service and support.
Experience with CNC machine tool repair required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
Familiarity with Fanuc controls is a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated.
Valid driver’s license.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
