We are seeking a Clinician Support Agent to join our team at our San Francisco, CA location/hybrid work environment. This role involves day, evening, or night shifts. What You Will Be Doing As the Clinician Support Liaison, your responsibilities include: Communicating via Phone, Outlook, ZioReports, and Salesforce between our Cardiac Technicians and external cardiac accounts, including hospitals, clinicians, and patients. Effectively communicating ECG abnormalities and notifying physicians as per protocols. Following up on accounts for clinical information such as pacemaker settings and clinician contacts. Using case management systems to respond, update, and track case statuses. Verifying report completeness and process notification criteria. Fostering communication with internal and external partners. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics for productivity and case quality. Adhering to HIPAA and Good Clinical Practices. Performing other duties as assigned. What We Need to See An associate degree with 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or a high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare. Availability to work in-office at our San Francisco location at least two days a week. Ability to work alternating weekends and shifts. Experience in healthcare, preferably in EKG interpretation. Proficiency in medical terminology, case management systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a customer-focused attitude. Successful completion of new hire training and ability to obtain CCT certification within 120 days.
