A Farmers Insurance Agency Owner in Bemidji, Minnesota, is an independent entrepreneur who builds, grows, and manages their own insurance agency . This role is primarily focused on sales, customer service, and business operations within the Bemidji community.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Actively generate new business by selling Farmers Insurance products (auto, home, life, business, financial services). This includes lead generation, conducting client needs assessments, presenting solutions, and securing new policies, with a focus on serving the unique needs of the Bemidji market.
• Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service, act as a client advocate, conduct regular policy reviews, and build strong, trusting relationships with customers in Bemidji.
• Agency Operations & Management: Lead and manage a sales and service team, develop strategic plans for agency growth, implement local marketing initiatives tailored to the Bemidji area, manage agency finances, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
