Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, self-starter to help manage the marketing strategy and execution for our medical aesthetics practice located in Kernersville, NC. This person will be responsible for all the marketing channels to drive brand awareness and generate leads. This includes overseeing and development of marketing content, management of digital campaigns, and analysis. We need a superstar writer/marketer to keep our existing clients  engaged  and  growing  our potential client base! You should know the ins and outs of email marketing and social media best practices.

Here’s what   you’ll be doing:

· Own the digital marketing planning and execution with a focus on driving The Aesthetic Haus’s voice and brand equity, while working closely and collaboratively with our internal team, outside agencies, and other key stakeholders.

· Management and creation of content such as copy, graphics and video for website, email, social channels, sms and blog.

· Development, execution and analysis of marketing PPC campaigns such as META Ads to generate leads and revenue.

· Lead generation campaign planning and execution incl. content writing, marketing asset creation for email, social media, blog, sms etc., and landing page development with appropriate call to actions.

· Social media channel planning, execution and ongoing creation and management of channel content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

· Ensuring campaign tracking, reporting and lead gen processes are in place

· Promote practice events using appropriate marketing channels and tools.

· Understanding of Google Business Profile and Google Map Pack and how to optimize.

Requirements:

What You’ll Be Bringing to the Role

· ·Proven experience as a digital marketer or similar role

· Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or Business Administration

· At least 1 – 3 years’ experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital/online marketing and hands-on experience with social media marketing, marketing automation, email marketing and Google Analytics

· Experience in content creation (posts, Reels, Stories) for social media channels using tools such as Canva.

· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (email marketing, Canva) and other digital marketing applications (Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console etc.)

· Superior communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams

· Ability to work self-sufficiently with strong sense of initiative, and excel in a high-paced, always changing environment

· Attention to detail and proven ability to effectively prioritize workload

· Additional skills a plus: Ability to update website content, creation of landing pages.
