Job Responsibilities
Teaching & Mentoring: Lead students both in the classroom and on the clinic floor, using a company-approved curriculum to guide them in mastering barbering techniques.
State Board Preparation: Help students prepare to pass the State Board exam, ensuring that all students understand and comply with State Board rules and regulations.
Administrative Duties: Participate in various administrative tasks, including attending faculty meetings, recording student grades and attendance, and providing guidance and counseling to students.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Licensing: Must hold a current Barber license and Instructor license as per state requirements.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in barbering.
Preferred Experience: Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. Computer proficiency is also required.

Hours and Availability
We offer both day and evening positions, including opportunities for a partial work-from-home/remote schedule.
