Job Summary:
Chewy is looking for a consumer-centric, data-driven sales leader to join our newly formed fast-paced Chewy Advertising business. As an AD, Sales you’ll have responsibility for leading a team of Partner Managers selling our advertising solutions to our family of vendors. You’ll own the strategy setting, account planning, forecasting, and sales functions of your team with ownership of relationships with primary internal and external constituencies. Successful candidates should be charismatic, comfortable with ambiguity, and have experience delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
What You’ll Do:
+ Be an expert on Chewy Advertising’s solutions (and help us to define features of new offerings)
+ Manage a focused, high performing, driven sales team
+ Attract, hire, and retain top sales talent
+ Enable your team to exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals.
+ Own forecasting of annual revenue goals
+ Own direct relationships with several strategic accounts.
+ Produce pitch materials and lead client meetings pre- and post-sale
+ Collaborate with internal teams including Campaign Management, Site Merchandising, and Marketing.
+ Develop and contribute to process improvement-inventing and simplifying.
What You’ll Need:
+ 8+ years of experience selling digital advertising, experience within a Retail Media Network preferred
+ 4+ years of experience managing high performing digital media sales teams
+ Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenue with direct advertising partners and agencies
+ Ability to navigate data and leverage analytics to make decisions
+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
+ Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
+ Ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
+ Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Tableau
