What will you be doing?

• Overseeing the efficient and timely processing of back-office transactions, including loans, letters of credit (LCs), securities, Yankee CDs, and deposits
• Reviewing documents, coordinating payment instructions, and releasing payments and confirmations
• Taking on primary responsibility for specific areas such as LCs, securities, or YCD activities as needed
• Supporting daily cash flow reconciliations and regulatory reporting
• Assisting with internal and external audits by providing requested operational information

What do you bring?

• At least 5 years of experience in back-office operations within a commercial bank
• Detailed knowledge of payment systems (including SWIFT) and standard commercial banking transactions
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory exams
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required)
• Degree preferred
• Must be a self-starter, motivated, and willing to jump in and help where needed
• Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office after training
