Dynamic organization seeks an Accounts Receivable Credit and Collections Representative - Temporary Contract

Hybrid Schedule - 3 days per week / 2 days Work from home

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, driven team player with the ability to manage high-volume B2B collections, perform daily order reviews and credit releases, and maintain clean account records by identifying and resolving misapplied payments, overpayments, and payments on account. Deliver exceptional customer service through both written and verbal communications, and handle daily incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• High volume B2B Collections
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and high customer satisfaction
• Manage daily orders on hold
• Manage direct or wholesaler customer accounts to ensure timely payment
• Identify and resolve direct or wholesaler deductions
• Run and manage daily activity reports
• Monitor customer credit lines by following the Company's credit procedures
• Monitor the customer parenting hierarchy
• Ensure effective communication of credit-related issues to sales organization, as appropriate
• Support sales efforts while maximizing revenue return
• Detail, action, and process oriented, Quick study, Organized, Team Player, and Confident

Experience Required:

• Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or S4Hana strongly preferred
• Strong Customer Focus (Internal & External)
• 3-5+ years of AR Collections work experience in a corporate setting
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience A+
• Monday through Fridays 8:30am to 5:00pm
